壹 接上式。保持两腿屈膝;两手翻转,掌心向左,两手距离约同肩宽,同时向左上方画弧,直至约与肩平。

陆 上身左转的同时,双手同时向左、向上画弧,左手画弧至左胸前方,右手画弧至腰部右侧,掌心均向外。

捌 右脚在身体右前方落地,屈膝;同时右臂前抬,掌心向上;左臂收向左胸,再贴向右臂内侧。
