葱需要用提前脱水的,不要用新鲜的葱,水分过高。
材料 黄油78克,低筋面粉120克,牛奶20克,蛋黄30克,糖粉15克,细盐2克,葱15克

将葱切成末,入微波炉加热成干的,然后再切成更细的末。

2.面糊制作
糖粉和细盐加入软化的黄油中。用电动打蛋器搅打1分钟左右,打至黄油呈轻盈而膨胀松软状,加入蛋黄搅拌均匀。再加入牛奶搅拌均匀,最后加入干葱碎搅拌均匀。筛入低筋面粉,拌匀面糊。

3.挤一挤,烤一烤
将面糊装入裱花袋,用大号的菊花8齿裱花嘴,将面糊挤在铺好油纸的烤盘中,挤的生坯大小要一致,这样烤熟的时间才能一致。送入预热好的烤箱,中层,160℃,烤25分钟左右。
